70 years since the bridge fell.

Today for 70 years ago, the construction of Sandöbron was to be complete, the founding had been placed and the bridge where to be put in place when everything went wrong.
Suddenly there where a huge and loud sound and the bridge fell apart down in the river, 18 persons where killed.
When the bridge where to be rebuild they remade the entire construction.
This was one of the darkest days in Sweden, but it would fade in history due to the happenings the next day.
It was the day when Adolf Hitler and Germany invaded Poland and started the World War II
