Big floods in the home area of Noa

”The waterdoors of heaven was opened and the rain flushed down on earth during forty days and forty nights.
In the first book of Moses there is a story about how god punished the people whit a great flood.
There is actually evidence that a huge flood occured in the home area of Noa, the area around Eufrat and Tigris , today in Iraq.
Archaeologist digouts in the 1920 did find a two and half meter thick lay of clay on twelve meters down, totaly free from archaeologist findings.
Below the claysurface evidence for even older civilisations where found. The only explination to a such layer is that a flood took place in the area.
The bible sais that it drowned the entire world, but the people that was affected surely thought it was.
