The Archbishop of Tours in Chinon France has for a very long time had what claimed to be the last reamins of French saint Joan Of Arc in his posessions. The remains have now been examined and they are a forgery. The remains contains a human rib and a bone from a cat, both traces to ancient Egypt and the 6th-3rd century.

The ”relics” did look like burned bones, just as the bones of Joan of Arc should have been since she acording to history was burned on stake.

The remains first surfaced during 1867, Now they are hosted at Chinon´s Museum of Arts and History, in central France.
