Found : Roman statues in Blue Grotto Cave

The Blue Grotto cave in Italy is very old and for example it was used as a swimming pool by Emperor Tiberius (42 B.C – 37 A.D) and now researchers have found statues of the Greek god Triton in the cave.

The island was used as a capital for the Roman empire around 27 and 37 A.D

Three statuses that have been found in the Blue Grotto Cave are now on display at the museum in Anacapri.
