The victory in the Spanish civilwar was Fransisco Franco, and his era lasted thorugh 40 years.
Born 1892, enters the militarschool in 1907, starts his militarduty in 1912, in 1916 he is badly shot in battle but survives.
1923 did he marry Carmen Polo y Martinez-Valdes
1926 Daughter Maria del Carmen is born
1936 Takes command over the africatroups revolt against the regim, which turns into a civilwar.
1936 Is named commander over Spain
1939 Claims victory in the Civilwar and begins his regim
1953 Makes a deal that allows USA to have millitarbases in Spain
1975 Dies in Madrid
Franco wanted to save Spain from the marxists, but during his regim several thousands of Spanish citizens where tortured and killed.
