Franklin D. Roosevelt where feed by Hoover whit information about his political opponents. In return Hoover where aloved to use survilance and infiltrate communist groups ”And the information dosen´t need to be in that kind that is used in a trial”

When Harry Truman become the new president he confirmed Roosvelts desicion to secret survilance. But Truman didn´t know that Hoover never said that Roosevelt order about keeping the survilance to a minimun and mostley on foreginners that is susspected to be in radical groups.
In a blow Truman gave Hoover free hands.

Dwight D. Eisenhower was the first president that was using Hoover.
Hoover gave Eisenhower facts about his opponents in the election 1953 and the president payed by giving FBI miljons of dollar in their budget.

John F Kennedy was the only president that Hoover couldn´t get, JFK wasn´t turning down despite his alleged mob connections and private affairs.

Instead Hoover put his claws in JFK vicepresident Lyndon B Johnsson as soon he had been placed in the Oval office.
When Johnsson said yes to get information about his political opponents by Hoover, the trap closed around Johnsson.
During six years Johnsson made sure that FBI never had to have to little money in their budget.
