Jean Paul Marat was known as a doctor and scientist when he became involved in the French revultion 1789.
He was in his bathtube on the 13th of July 1793 when the young woman Charlotte Corday from Caen asked to see him and stuck a knife in his chest, Marat was already sick and dying but the murder made him a marture
