FBI is founded in 1908 in a effort to fight the increasing criminality across the statelines in the USA.
But during 48 years the policesqaud is used and operating as a secret service, those years was the boss of FBI J, Edgar Hoover.
Hoover was using the buerau in all ways to keep his posistion, he had controll over many presidents.
When Hoover died in 1972 the spontain word from Richard Nixon was ”I can´t understand that he is dead, that old bastard”.
After Hoovers death the kongress issued a rules that the boss of FBI is only allowed to be boos of the bureau for ten years.
