Russian volonters are still searching for their lost
It has passed 64 years since the ending of the second world war and still today there are people searching for their loved ones. Armed whit shovels and metaldetectors they are searching the enormus swamp areas and forrests just to find some of the miljons of russians that where killed in the brutal fights.
”Out here there is not time to think over what they did for us. If it not where for them maybe we shouldn´t bee here.” says Nikolaj Krasikov 23, who lost both his grandfathers in the war.
”It´s our duty to find and give our heros a funeral.”
Historians is counting that around 27 miljons russians lost their lives during the second world war, and several of them dissaperd in the mud and kaos in the battlefields.
