Skis from Antarctic research is going to be sold

Skis and some instruments that belonged to the physicists that followed Captain Scott to the Antarctic are now being sold, its the mans grandson that would like them sold.
It was Charles Seymour Wright that took part in the rescue team that was following Robert Scott in 1910. He did turned back after one year, leaving the rest of the group.
The items would be sold by Christie´s auktions in London.
Wright did also join the searchparty, he did find a piece of a green tent sticking out in the ice, inside the tent lied two of his colleagues dead.
The items contains his skis, sledging kit, and some manuscripts and photographs from the first journey.
Wright passed away in 1975
